Hi Mike, The extras you did for me are appreciated too. Leading me to the rental car drop off and bringing me back to the dealership and taking me to lunch, and the little tour on the way back to the dealership were very nice. The drive back home was uneventful. Just what you want when you are driving a newly purchase car :) Everything on the car worked perfectly. Kate was very surprised and thrilled with the car. It also didn't take her long to go show it off.
Wanted to thank you and everyone at the dealership for making my purchase of the Outlander an enjoyable and even fun experience. The fear in purchasing a car from a dealer 300 miles away is that when you get there the car is in much worse shape than you are lead to believe. I'm happy to say the narrative you gave me over the phone while you walked around the car was spot on. You were correct in the interior is just like new and the car had been very well taken care of. The things the dealership did to bring the car up to top notch mechanical shape while small are the important things a customer likes to see. Good job to all !!
