Our salesman, Jim Carter, was awesome. We first went to look at a different car, and after speaking with Jim, he found a car we liked even more. We had our son with us who is 3 and all the staff were friendly. Felt like a family friendly environment, and not pushy like other places. This is our 2nd purchase from your dealership and I will say it likely will not be our last!

From entrance to exit service was impeccably above reproach. My daughter was in search of her new adventure car from SPM. She was guided gently by one of the more recent outstanding gentleman I've met in recent years. Dustin Hall. Forefront man for the experience my daughter and I were able to be a part of. Along with Dustin's team.(apologies about forgetting names.) Finance, Manager, Sales etc. Patient/Attentative/Genuine. Some of the words that come to mind..I could go on. We traveled 40 plus miles for my daughter's perfect car..it felt like walking across the street after SPM handed over the keys. Jay was an awesome service advisor! He was very nice, honest, and very patient with me while answering my hundreds of questions. I will ask for Jay again when I return. My car runs much better now!

Excellent Customer relations from Sales and Finance to the certified service department. There is something to be said about working with a privately run car dealership that you just cant get with the larger dealer groups. John was very helpful with getting us into a beautiful new Outlander within our budget Never once did I ever feel any pressure like being talked into something I really didn't want-that is one of the biggest turnoffs-so that went a long way! Great Sales experience from Jim Carter he and The sales manager and Finance manager really worked hard to get me into a 2018 Wrangler got me a more than fair price for my trade and worked on the pricing of the vehicle and warranty coverage until we got the payment I needed to be at. We are still working on a service issue on it but service has been great so far . I will come back to update once the issue has been resolved hopefully changing to 5 stars ....Edit changed to 5 stars . Everyone I have dealt with at this dealership has been great. Responsive and no pressure at all from sales and service stands behind their work.
