Very pleasant experience. First dealt with Jim and Dave, then came back the next day and dealt with Tory and Nick. I want to thank Jim and Tory for their knowledge of answering all my questions and thanks to Dave and Nick for getting me low interest rate and a monthly payment that was comfortable. Would highly recommend this business.

We have purchased 4 cars (past and present) from South Park Mitsubishi. We recently purchased an Eclipse Cross and I am obsessed with this car! Our salesman, Torre, is awesome. The whole buying process was so easy and we did not feel any pressure to purchase our car. Service Department is always top notch. I highly recommend this dealership! Did I say I love my Eclipse? 🤣

I have nothing but good things to say about South Park Mitsubishi. Having just been in my first real car accident with some injuries, was super gun shy to drive again. Dustin made me feel comfortable enough to test drive and I was able to drive on roads nearby that I could really test the handling out (some windy and steep roads). He was very easy to get along with and didn't make me feel rushed or pressured in the slightest. It felt good to be in control of the buying experience and I didn't quite feel that way when I bought my last car. Everyone else at the dealership were super helpful and nice too, including the owner. I'm so glad to have bought from a family-owned dealership that's so close to my house. It really doesn't get better than that! Even though I was going through a very hard time with the car accident, my buying experience coupled with my super cool new car really lifted my spirits and I can't thank everyone at the dealership enough.

Torre Kohl was a fantastic sales associate to deal with. Knowledgeable, courteous, fair, honest and ensures that the customer understands how to use all of the functionality and applications / accessories in the vehicles they’re considering. Low pressure, easy negotiation and fair. A terrific and satisfying experience.

Appointment was on time and done very quickly. Plus they washed and cleaned my car for me. Great visit!

I actually looked and Test Drove a Tesla. Thank goodness I came across this dealership and my new Outlander PHEV. What an amazing vehicle. Excellent well run they are very friendly and they keep you informed about your car and they treat you like family because they are small not like the shorkey dealership after they sell you a car they forget who you are.

Did not purchase my car there, but I will do my best to purchase there next time, seems like a professional organization . Everyone was professional and friendly , answered all my questions and the service was great.

Love that the owner is putting money into the old building. First time in since the lounge/waiting are has been redone. Beautiful job. Very comfortable and inviting space to wait in. As always SPM is the place to go.
